I support you to reach your goals, get stronger and push your limits.

It can be difficult and daunting knowing where to begin or how to stay motivated on your own!

I work with you to create a customised fitness plan that is motivating, enjoyable and appropriate for your current fitness level.

As part of developing your health and fitness I will also review your diet and lifestyle and build our plan together.

DAN GOLLOP

With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach and a certified Sports Scientist my main area of expertise is based around Strength and Conditioning

As per my academic background after all these years I still enjoy teaching my training methods to my clients.

Much of my work is to ensure my clients develop correct technique to make sure they don’t pick up any bad habits along the way. It is also important that I am there to provide supervision to ensure clients remain free from injury.

I’ve found by taking an active role in personal training helps clients understand the basis of why we are doing an exercise as part of their fitness programme.

Many of us intend to visit the gym although our hectic lifestyles and schedules don't allow us to. I will design a personalised plan to fit your lifestyle, goals & fitness level to help reintroduce you to the gym by providing workouts that are fun but challenging.

Weightlifting can be done by everyone and is effective in gaining muscle but also creating definition and tone. Its important when learning how to lift weights that correct technique is taught to avoid injury.

If you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, I’ll help you discover exercises that you enjoy. Together we will create workouts that are fun and uplifting.
