"You know you have a good PT when a) you actually laugh and enjoy your sessions; and b) the hour goes by so quick! I've had 8 PT sessions with Dan, 4 outside of the gym and 4 in a gym environment, and would highly recommend him to anyone! I had never had a PT session before so was unsure what to expect, but instantly felt at ease. I got in touch with Dan after my goals had changed and I wanted some help to make sure I was going in the right direction! What I learn during my sessions doesn't just benefit me for that hour, it's things I then take on board for sessions on my own and in the future too. Dan encourages you to push yourself but in a motivating way that you end up progressing without even realising you're doing it! You can tell that he's passionate about what he does and that he cares about his clients achieving their goals. P.S. Don't be fooled by his resting gym face, he's just focused and is actually really friendly!
